How Elev8 Academy Courses Are Structured
Every Elev8 Academy course is built to help players move from learning to practice.
Each course includes:
- 8 focused lessons that break down a specific table tennis skill or topic
- 8 drills per lesson to help players practice what they learn
- Step-by-step guidance for at-home practice, club training, or robot-assisted repetition
- Level-appropriate instruction for beginner, intermediate, and advanced players
- PongBot training support, including lesson plans and programming guides for different PongBot robot models when applicable
This structure helps players know what to work on, how to practice, and how to keep improving between coaching sessions or club visits.
